Accessibility
For our travelers with special needs, elevators are available. One is located in our long term parking lot providing easy access to the terminal and a second is located beyond the checkpoint for the upper level. Wheelchairs are available upon request. Contact your airline representative in advance for additional assistance.
ATMs
ATM service is located in the ticketing area as well as the lower level concourse after passing through security.
Baggage Claim
The baggage claim area includes the rental car counters (Hertz, Avis, National), the baggage claim device, and the Hotel Courtesy Shuttle telephone board. 30 minutes free parking in the Short-Term Parking Lot for meeting, greeting and pick-up.
Conference Room
Private conference room available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Audio-Visual available with computer hook-up.
Food and Gifts
"The Market Gourmet Deli & Gift Shop" at the Airport features fresh sandwiches, soups and salads along with a wide selection of Virginia wines and gourmet coffee. A truly inviting store that not only sees "The Market's" food offerings, but also showcases local foods and gift items. Mahogany shelves stocked with magazines, newspapers, books and a selection of quality souvenirs featuring Charlottesville, as well as Thomas Jefferson's Monticello and the University of Virginia.
"The Market" offers comfortable tables and chairs inviting travelers to briefly rest and of course use their laptops in the WiFi Hotspot. "The Market" entrance is gate side, beyond the checkpoint, for an even more convenient stop on your journey to anywhere!
