• Runway 21 - 800’ x 150’
• Placement of approximately 2 million CY of embankment
• Existing parallel Taxiway “A”

Construction of:

• Runway 21 Blast Pad – 200’ x 200’
• Paved runway shoulders (20’ wide)
• A new bypass taxiway
• Storm sewer and storm water management facilities

Installation of:

• Associated runway and taxiway edge lighting & signage
• Temporary offset localizer and DME for Runway 3
• Permanent localizer and DME for Runway 3
• New Runway 3 PAPI
• Relocation of perimeter access road (current phase)
• Replacement of existing Runway 21 VASI with PAPI
• Potential land acquisition for RPZ control, potential borrow material, and/or obstruction removal
