Charlottesville Albemarle Airport Authority is currently accepting applications for an Executive Secretary. Responsibilities include: answering phones, maintaining telephone & voicemail systems, handling incoming/outgoing mail, scheduling meetings, purchasing supplies, maintaining office equipment, receiving visitors with a strong focus on customer service, assisting staff as needed and excellent organizational skills to manage filing & historical record-keeping.
Requirements include: proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), a high school diploma or equivalent (college or industry experience preferred) and ability to handle multiple tasks.
This position will serve as a notary for the Airport and also the appointed secretary for the Board of Directors which requires an ability to take and record minutes of any meetings. Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Salary DOE. Excellent benefits and working conditions.
