Landside Operation Agents (LOA)
Charlottesville Albemarle Airport Authority is currently accepting applications for fulltime Landside Operation Agents (LOA). Responsibilities include cashiering in airport parking booths, assisting customers with airport information in and around the terminal building, assisting with the use of airport parking equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and repairs of parking equipment, accepting payment for parking to include operation of fee computer, completing daily shift reports and driving airport shuttle on and around premises. Cashier experience a plus and applicant must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license and be insurable by the Airport Authority. Pay starting at $11 per hour. Schedules include weekdays, weekends, evening shifts, and holidays. Applicants must be available on short notice for any scheduled shift between 4 a.m. and last flight. Benefits include health care coverage, retirement and life insurance coverage in Virginia Retirement System and two weeks paid leave.
