Team CHO searching for a full-time custodian. Do you have experience cleaning a commercial building? Would you like to be part of our organization? This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Airport Terminal.  Duties include cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal and other housekeeping duties as assigned. Physical demands include standing and walking for long periods of time, bending, stooping, lifting up to 20 pounds weight, climbing up and downstairs.

The available shift is an evening shift 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM and to include one weekend day and some holidays.

Pay rate: $14.00 per hour. Benefits for full-time employees include health care coverage with 100% of employee’s coverage currently paid by the Authority, retirement and life insurance coverage in Virginia Retirement System, two weeks paid leave and twelve paid holidays.

Must successfully complete all required Fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Checks and employment background check. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
